Great Service, good fit

I recently ordered a number of pairs of hot and cold faucet cartridges. Except I mistakenly ordered all hot cartridges. Later that day I realized my mistake, and called customer service. They had already noticed my mistake and were about to call me to clarify if I had wanted both hot and cold. My order was immediately corrected. Great service. A few days later the cartridges arrived. I installed them. They work and have stopped dripping. I’m very happy.
